Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Restock! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Restock! game ("the game") operated by us ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

All in-app purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account, at the price shown before you confirm. Coin packs, booster packs, and bundles are consumable: once delivered they are spent in-game and cannot be restored. Premium themes are non-consumable and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple Account via Settings → Restore Purchases.

4. Virtual Items

Coins, stars, boosters, themes, and other virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable. We may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items to keep the game fun and fair.

5. Refunds

Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use the game with unauthorised tools or modifications, or reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of it except where the law expressly permits.

7. Intellectual Property

The game — including its art, icons, audio, text, design, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership rights in the game or its content.

8. Termination

You can stop using the game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end the licence if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

9. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We believe most concerns can be resolved amicably — please contact us first at hello@blogee.co. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and posted in the app. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
